Dancy Naranjo is a Colombian-qualified lawyer specialising in UK and Spanish immigration law, with a strong focus on visas, residency applications, and nationality and citizenship matters. She graduated in Law from the University of San Buenaventura, Colombia, in 2007 and later completed postgraduate studies in Public Law at EAFIT University in 2011.

Before relocating to the United Kingdom, Dancy gained valuable in-house legal experience at one of Colombia’s leading telecommunications companies, working within the Credit and Portfolio department. In this role, she developed strong analytical skills, regulatory awareness, and a practical understanding of corporate compliance and risk management.

After moving to the UK, Dancy began her immigration law career at Nabas Legal in London, initially as a Trainee and later progressing to Legal Assistant. There, she supported Latin American clients across a wide range of UK immigration matters, including visa applications, settlement routes, and complex case preparation.

In 2017, she joined Scornik Gerstein as an Associate Lawyer, where she has since specialised in UK and Spanish immigration and nationality law. She advises both private individuals and corporate clients on tailored immigration strategies, including work and family visas, residency permits, Spanish nationality applications, and cross-border mobility between the UK and Spain.
