She holds a degree in Accountancy and qualified as a Public Accountant, later completing specialised training in Auditing. Her expertise combines extensive accounting and tax experience with a practical commercial approach to supporting international clients operating between Spain and the United Kingdom.

Isabel specialises in the management of accounting, tax, and financial compliance matters for UK companies and individuals, including ongoing obligations before HMRC and Companies House. She advises clients throughout every stage of their UK presence, from company incorporation and international structuring to day-to-day accounting and tax compliance.

Her work also includes financial analysis and accounting support for due diligence exercises, particularly in cross-border mergers and acquisitions between Spain and the United Kingdom. Isabel works closely with the firm’s Corporate and Commercial departments, helping clients navigate complex international transactions efficiently and securely.

In addition, she collaborates with the Litigation team on disputes requiring forensic accounting analysis and financial expertise, providing clear financial insight in contentious matters.
