CARMEN is dual qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales and as an Abogado in her native Spain.
For more than 17 years, she have dealt with a wide range of English law issues, including liability and commercial matters for insurance companies and multinational companies, with a particular focus on Spain and South America.
Carmen advise on English matters in relation to:
- Dispute resolution on civil and commercial matters
- Issues of jurisdiction and applicable law;
- Accident claims and insurance matters (i.e. accident abroad claims, travel, marine and aviation claims);
- Debt Recovery claims;
- Contract/banking disputes
- International sale of goods
